Great workout today at the Ott Center track with Alison, Kate, and Lorraine. 




We did 1x200, 2x300, and 6x400. Rests between were 2 and a half minutes.

Monday: Pilates mat; massage; gym (PT legs #5, bars--dips and pull ups)


Tuesday: Felt stiff/tight hammies/legs. Jogged to Pilates studio, practiced, went to track, did an easy 4 x 800 at 3:35 each, 4 minutes between. Teammate Paul was there, and he coached me on starting out of the blocks!
