My body felt pretty good all week. Occasionally I sense some tightness in that right hammy, or up near glute, or alongside the hammy on outer band . . . but it's very slight. I will try to use the new indoor track at Penn on Tuesday, after my Pilates lesson. Maybe do short distance speed work? Not sure yet. And run again on Thursday--we leave on Saturday and will  be away for a couple of weeks, so my regular routine will be a little off. Still not sure which indoor meets I will attempt in 2025 (January and February), but I think I will try one or two. Grateful that my hammy is recovering. Tomorrow is my monthly sports massage after Pilates mat in the early morning.
